Excel Dressage Slotter Road, Perkasie, PA 18944 is located in beautiful Bucks County and is a full service, premier facility. The 225' x 165' outdoor arena has all weather footing and the 200' x 80' indoor arena is decked out with 240' of mirrors. Skylights permit natural light, a mix of sand and felt create excellent, dust-free footing, and safe design kickboards make Excel Dressage's indoor arena a great place to ride and enjoy learning and training year round.

	The wide bright barn aisles with natural lighting provides a healthy environment for the horses. Clients enjoy a heated tackroom and bathroom, full laundry facilities and private space for their tack where it can stay clean, safe and out of the way. Of course, there is more to a facility than construction and design. There is the atmosphere that comes from a professionally managed care that makes all the difference in your horse's long term health, soundness and well being

The large pastures and safe fencing makes for happy horses and owners. The farm is well maintained and managed. The lovely views and beautiful setting will provide the perfect environment for you and your horse to develop in your training.
